Inclusion Criteria
1.Normal Healthy individuals
2.Patients suffering from IHD having single metabolic syndrome like hypertension/ high blood sugar/ obesity
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient who refuses to give consent.
2.no female patients are taken
3.no smokers are taken
4.patients suffering from any other systemic diseases confounding the result
5.patients with abnormal renal profile
