BMI>28kg/m2
healthy
normal sleep rhythm
18-45 years
fluent in German
no transcutaneous Vagus nerve stimulation before
last blood samples taken > 4weeks
Exclusion Criteria
left handed;
vegetarian or vegan diet;
Food allergies;
smoker/ drug user;
on a diet during the trial;
sleeping disorders/ shift work;
regular drug ingestion;
psychological or physiological disease;
acute stressful Situation;
non-removable magnetic Implants;

Name Time Method Reduction in fat mass, measured with bioimpedanz Analysis after 5 weeks of stimulation.<br><br>Improvement of fat and glucose metabolism, measured by blood Parameters like Insulin, Glucose, HbA1c, Cholesterol after 5 weeks of stimulation. <br><br>Reduction of brain activity in Food-related brain Areas after visual cue stimulation in fMRI after 5 weeks of stimulation.
