Inclusion Criteria

1. Aged 18-30
2. Type 2 diabetes
3. Either male or female

Exclusion Criteria

1. Estimated glomerular filtartion rate (eGFR) < 60mls/min
2. Asthma
3. Body weight more than or equal to 150kg
4. Contraindication to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
