入选标准

  • Body Mass Index (BMI) > 25 kg/m2 & < 35 kg/m2
  • The participants must be able to participate and comply with the intervention, and preferably from National Capital Region (NCR).
  • Right handed participants
  • Should be able to read and comprehend the administered questionnaires.

排除标准

  • Already in weight reduction programme including yoga in the last 6 months.
  • Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
  • Uncontrolled hypertension
  • Patients with a disease of the thyroid gland and other chronic illnesses/autoimmune diseases/psychiatric disease.
  • Patients with severe physical ailments like myocardial infarction, fracture
  • Patients with metal implants.
