Inclusion Criteria
2 to 10 years
No history of allergies Dexmedetomidine and Midazolam and Melatonin
The absence of liver, kidney, heart and lung disorders
No use long-term anti seizure drug
Lack of sleep disorder
Lack of digestive disorders
Exclusion Criteria
Dissatisfied to participate in the study

Name Time Method Separation from their parents. Timepoint: Before surgery. Method of measurement: sepration ?score.;Sedation ?score. Timepoint: Before prescribing drugs, then when the child is separated from the parent. Method of measurement: sedation ?score.;Blood pressure. Timepoint: every 5 minute in surgery. Method of measurement: Barometer.;Heart rate. Timepoint: every 5 minute in surgery. Method of measurement: beat in minute.;Percent saturation of oxygen. Timepoint: every 5 minute in surgery.
