Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Both males and females
- •2\. Age group between 60 to 80 years old
- •3\. Those who can comprehend and follow instructions
- •4\. Those who intend to partake in the study
- •5\. those who do not have any medical contraindication to exercising
- •6\. Those who are able to ambulate independently
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those who have moderate/severe cognitive impairments
- •2\. Those diagnosed with other neurological problems/disorders
- •3\. Those who have severe ophthalmological/auditory disorders
- •4\. Those diagnosed with chronic cardiorespiratory diseases
- •5\. Those who are diagnosed with any severe orthopaedic condition that can limit the participant from exercising
- •6\. Those who are registered in another clinical trial
