Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients undergoing Hemodialysis ,
  • •self ambulatory patients

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Severe/unstable heart condition/ failure,
  • •Likely to receive donor/ transplantation in the next 3\-months,
  • •Transfer to peritoneal dialysis,
  • •Lower limb amputations restricting ambulation,
  • •Cognitive impairments,
  • •Any Neurological condition (affecting mobility and activities),
  • •If the participant is on another exercise/ drug study/ trial,
  • •Unwilling to participate
