1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China, and are confirmed by CT or MRI scans of the brain, and receive MV treatment;
2. 20-90 days after stroke, the patient's vital signs are stable, and the GCS score is >=9;
3. Aged 18 to 80 years;
4. The family members signed the informed consent form and agreed to participate in the study.
1. Combined with primary diseases that affect muscle strength: such as brainstem infarction, brainstem hemorrhage, spinal cord injury, myasthenia gravis, etc.;
2. Color Doppler ultrasound shows pleural effusion, pneumothorax, pleural adhesion, etc., or the diaphragm cannot be detected by ultrasound due to the disease;
3. Combined with respiratory diseases such as pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, lung tumor, active pulmonary tuberculosis;
4. Severe malnutrition, liver and kidney failure.
