- •2. Age of patient 2-8 years

- •1. Skin infection at the site of caudal block
- •2. Thrombocytopenia or bleeding disorders or coagulopathy
- •3. History of hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics
- •4. Neuromuscular disease
- •5. Spinal deformity
- •6. Cerebral palsy and mental retardation
