1. Patients with biliary tract diseases with surgical indications in hepatobiliary surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College;
2. Patients with elective surgery;
3. Patients without serious cardiopulmonary complications, the American Society of anesthesiologists grade I or II;
4. Patients with primary biliary tract operation;
5. All patients signed informed consent.
1. Patients with acute inflammation, fever and other diseases that have a serious impact on the stress response and inflammatory response of the body, and patients with immune diseases, metabolic diseases and drug use history of using immunosuppressants, hormones and other drugs that affect the immune system of the body;
2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary complications, ASA grade III or above;
3. Emergency operation patients;
4. The patients who had bile duct operation again.
