I am applying the protocol of Preksha Meditation on school going adolescents who are internet addicts and want to check the pre and post results of the attendees undergoing yogic intervention. Its a non-invasive study which involves Jain yogic meditation as an intervention.

- •Adolescents whose internet addiction score is more than 30 and are novice in yoga practice.
排除标准
- •Those who are regular yoga practitioners were excluded from study.
- •If under any medication they will be excluded from study.
