Inclusion Criteria
1) Older adults aged 65 years or older who understands the purpose of the study and agrees to the survey
2) Older people who can read Korean and communicate without cognitive impairment
3) Older adults without psychiatric history such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
Exclusion Criteria
1) Older adults with psychiatric history such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder
2) Older adults who cannot communicate due to moderate cognitive impairment
3) Older adults who are currently participating in other cognitive intervention programs
