Inclusion Criteria
Children with spastic diplegia
Children from 8 to 12 years of age
Children with GMFCS level I to III
Children who are able to sit independently
Children with pelvic asymmetry
Children who can follow the commands (MMSE greater than or equal to 22)
Exclusion Criteria
Children with botoux medication in the last 6 months
Children having uncontrolled seizures in the past 6 months
Children with fixed deformities of spine and lower limb
Children who underwent any surgery of spine or lower limb in past 6 months
