Patients diagnosed with first ever stroke
Age: 40 TO 75 Years
Both male and female
Patients with Brunnstrom grading 4-5
Patient who can sit Independently
MMSE score less than 24
Patients with pelvic fracture less than 6 months
Any structural spinal deformity
Patients with severe disabling lower limb arthritis
Any spinal or lower limd surgeries less than 6months
Patients with other neurological conditions that may effect balance and gait
Apraxia
Perceptual disorders like unilateral neglect and pushers syndrome
