- Thai elderly aged more than 60 years
- History of falling at least 1 time within previous year (except traffic accident e.g. Car crash)
- Walk ability at least 15m
- Follow at least 1 step verbal command
- Willingness to participate in the study
- Medical condition instability e.g. Hypertensive urgency, unstable angina
- Underlying and co-existing diseases which may affect walking ability such as severe heart failure, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe knee osteoarthritis etc.
- Currently programmed in balance training.
- Regularly practice mindfulness-based interventions.
