Inclusion Criteria
newly diagnoed or followup patients with type2diabetes HbA1c >7.5 or fasting blood glucose >150 or post prandial blood sugar >200
patient having a pre enrollment caloric intake not exceeding 20percentage of his recommended intake
Exclusion Criteria
patient with gastointestinal disorders
patient on injectable antidiabetic agents
patients with known structural or rhythm disorder of heart
patient with complications of diabetes like retinapahy & nephropathy
HbA1c > 10
