1. Participants of both genders.
2. Age group between 20-45 years.
3. Patients who had low back pain lasting = 3 months.
4. Pain intensity at the time of testing is 2-7 according to the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS).
1. Pregnant women.
2. Any history of numbness or neural signs in lower limbs.
3. Any spinal postural abnormalities.
4. Any history of trauma, surgery of spine or rib = 1 year.
5. Any history of abnormal pathologies such as infection, tumor, or
congenital deformity of lumbosacral spine.
6. Patient with respiratory diseases and any systemic illness.
7. Obese individuals.
8. Patients with severe psychiatric disorder.
