Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •inclusion criteria included patients with probing depth more than equal to 5 mm, defect depth more than equal to 3 mm assessed radiographically, 3 and 2 wall defects amenable for regeneration, narrow and deep defects.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion Criteria included a) patients with systemic diseases, b) patient with habit of smoking or any form of smokeless tobacco, c) pregnant women and lactating mothers, d) non compliant patients, e) 1 wall intrabony defects, small and shallow osseous craters and osseous deformities not amenable for regenerative procedures and f) patients on long term antibiotic therapy, corticosteroids or on radiotherapy.
