Inclusion Criteria

People with ID aged 6-30 years old with at least one dentine carious lesion (ICDAS 4-6) on permanent tooth.

Exclusion Criteria

1. ID people with severe physical or severe psychiatric problems
2. People with silver allergy
3. People who do not have consent form from their parents.
4. Teeth with pulpal involvement or having signs of irreversible pulpitis or pulp necrosis
5. People with ID who guardian can not take to receive complete dental treatment
