Diagnosis of End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD)

Individual components of the primary composite outcome (include in-hospital mortality or mortality by day 30, Requirement for Renal Replacement Therapy and Sustained loss of Kidney Function by day 30) <br/ ><br>2. New-onset acute kidney injury (defined as AKI occurring after admission) <br/ ><br>3. Worsening of AKI (defined as change in AKI stage occurring after admission) <br/ ><br>4.
