Age greater than or equal to 18 years; be a ccompanying the patient during the period of hospitalization; be one of the main caregivers of the patient after discharge; and have at least one telephone contact for the researcher to contact to carry out the other phases of the research.
Caregivers who present some mental impossibility to understand interventions and those who cannot read and write. Cases of discontinuity will be considered: telephone change after follow-up, failure to answer telephone call safter three attempt sat different day sand times, caregiver whose cell phoneis out of area or disconnected for more than 10 attempts to connect in days and schedules and no longer be the caregiver of the patient suffering from stroke. The patient or caregiver who died in the course of the research will be considered a loss.
