- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To determine the accuracy, sentitivity and specificity of real-time ultrasonography with capnography in confirming the position of endotracheal tube.Timepoint: T1-Started from the time of visualization of vocal cords till the passage of endotracheal tube as visualized on ultrasound, the point at which the timer is stopped.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Time taken to confirm the position of endotracheal tube by real time ultrasound with capnographyTimepoint: T 1- Started from the time of visualization of vocal cords till passage of tube as confirmed by ultrasound. The point where ultrasound confirms the tube position determines T1 <br/ ><br>T 2-Starts from the time of connecting the circuit till 6 wave forms occur on EtCO2 wave form. At the end of 6th Etco2 wave, T2 is noted.
