Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients with macular hole size greater than 500 microns will be included.
- •Both idiopathic variety and macular holes secondary to other etiologies will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •a.Previously failed macular hole surgery.
- •b.Size of the hole less than 500 um.
- •c.Patients needing both IOL \+ MH surgery
- •d.Patients with a baseline OCT scan with signal strength less than 5\.
- •e.Patients with other ocular co morbidities that can affect final visual outcome
- •f.Monocular patients
