Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Includes overweight (23\.0 â??24\.9 kg/m2\) and obese (greater than or equal to 25 kg/m2\) healthy individuals
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Smokers, 2\. Alcoholics, 3\. Diabetics,4\. Persons with endocrine or muscular disorders 5\. Users of oral contraceptive pills or 6\. Any prescribed medications known to affect body composition or the endocrine system will be excluded.
