简要总结

To investigate the influence of administering a calculated dose of 1 µg/kg of dexmedetomidine intravenously either as a bolus (1 µg/kg) or as a bolus-plus-infusion (0.5 µg/kg each) on the sensorimotor effects following subarachnoid anesthesia given in L3- L4 space with 12.5 mg of hyperbaric bupivacaine for lower limb surgeries.
