Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •indication for cardiac surgery
- •patient consent signed
- •elective surgery
- •age over 18 years
- •persistent postoperative bleeding defined as drainage loss of 100 ml / 30 min or more than 200 ml / h after arrival at the intensive care unit
Exclusion Criteria
- •patient with preoperatively known treatment\-relevant coagulation disorder (haemophilia A / B, APC\-resistance, factor XIII deficiency, HIT\-II, etc.)
- •pregnancy or breastfeeding
