Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The following inclusion criteria will be adopted: women; between 40 and 65 years; arterial hypertension; diabetes mellitus; without experience with high intensity interval training.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Will be exclued from the study who present: feverish or self\-reported infectious disease; self\-reported smoking; chronic disease, myocardial revascularization surgery; arrhythmias and extrasystoles frequent in resting conditions or triggered during clinical stress test; unstable angina; obstructive pulmonary disease; neoplasia; renal insufficiency; sequelae of stroke; osteomioarticular changes; hepatic insufficiency and uncontrolled hypothyroidism.
