Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery of the gastro intestinal system
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Bariatric surgery
- •2\.Urological laparoscopic surgery \- nephrectomy, adrenal and prostate surgery
- •3\.Patients allergic to morphine
- •4\. Patients with hepatic dysfunction(USG evidence of liver dysfunction, ALT/AST \> 2 times normal);
- •5\.Patients with cardiac dysfunction(EF \<40%)
- •6\.Patients with renal dysfunction(S. Creatinine \>1\.5mg/dl).
- •7\.Preoperative coagulopathy contraindicating neuraxial blockade.
