Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery of the gastro intestinal system
Exclusion Criteria
1.Bariatric surgery
2.Urological laparoscopic surgery - nephrectomy, adrenal and prostate surgery
3.Patients allergic to morphine
4. Patients with hepatic dysfunction(USG evidence of liver dysfunction, ALT/AST > 2 times normal);
5.Patients with cardiac dysfunction(EF <40%)
6.Patients with renal dysfunction(S. Creatinine >1.5mg/dl).
7.Preoperative coagulopathy contraindicating neuraxial blockade.
