- •Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery of the gastro intestinal system
排除标准
- •1.Bariatric surgery
- •2.Urological laparoscopic surgery - nephrectomy, adrenal and prostate surgery
- •3.Patients allergic to morphine
- •4. Patients with hepatic dysfunction(USG evidence of liver dysfunction, ALT/AST > 2 times normal);
- •5.Patients with cardiac dysfunction(EF <40%)
- •6.Patients with renal dysfunction(S. Creatinine >1.5mg/dl).
- •7.Preoperative coagulopathy contraindicating neuraxial blockade.
