Inclusion Criteria
- •Sexually active women.
- •\- Pratyatma lakshana (kashtartava) of Udavrutta Yonivyapada.
- •\-Primary Dysmenorrhea
- •\-Secondary Dysmenorrhea\- Adenomyosis, endometriosis
- •\- Age between 18 to 40 yrs.
- •\-People who will be ready to follow instructions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-k/c/oMalignancy
- •\-Menorrhagia
- •\- Uterine fibroids
- •\-IUCD in utero
- •\-Cervical stenosis
- •\-Congenital uterine anomalies
- •\-Patient who were not ready to give consent.
