Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Sexually active women.
  • •\- Pratyatma lakshana (kashtartava) of Udavrutta Yonivyapada.
  • •\-Primary Dysmenorrhea
  • •\-Secondary Dysmenorrhea\- Adenomyosis, endometriosis
  • •\- Age between 18 to 40 yrs.
  • •\-People who will be ready to follow instructions.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\-k/c/oMalignancy
  • •\-Menorrhagia
  • •\- Uterine fibroids
  • •\-IUCD in utero
  • •\-Cervical stenosis
  • •\-Congenital uterine anomalies
  • •\-Patient who were not ready to give consent.
