- •-Primary Dysmenorrhea
- •-Secondary Dysmenorrhea- Adenomyosis, endometriosis
- •- Age between 18 to 40 yrs.
- •-People who will be ready to follow instructions.

- •-k/c/oMalignancy
- •-Menorrhagia
- •- Uterine fibroids
- •-IUCD in utero
- •-Cervical stenosis
- •-Congenital uterine anomalies
- •-Patient who were not ready to give consent.
