Patient age = 18 years
- chronic (> 3 months), unilateral, subjective tinnitus (ICD-10 code: H93.1)
- Routine ENT diagnostics (complete ENT findings, audiological examinations, cMRI to rule out a retrocochlear lesion) are carried out
- Exclusion of treatable causes (otosclerosis, chronic otitis media, etc.) is carried out
- Patient age < 18 years
