1) Menopausal women after 5 Years with Age between 55 - 80 years.
2) Patients with (low and moderate risk) balance affected.
3) MMSE (Mini-Mental Scale Examination) greater than equal to 24.
1) Patients with severe risk of balance affected.
2) Recent Fracture or any surgery.
3) Any neurological condition like CVA, vestibular dysfunction.
4) Any cardiorespiratory condition such as uncontrolled hypertension and Diabetes mellitus that might affect the intervention.
5) Patients having visual defects.
