Patients who were decided to undergo treatment at our hospital's orthopedic surgery outpatient clinic due to low back pain and radiating pain to lower limb. Patients are either ASA(The American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status) class 1 or 2
Pregnant women, Age under 20 years old, Age over 80 years old, Signs of infection, Patient undergoing anti-platelet or anti-coagulant treatment, History of back surgery, Procedure seems too risky for the patient when evaluated through ultrasonograph
