Inclusion Criteria
- •Ability to read and write English.
- •Individuals without present history of back pain and ankle sprains (last 6 months)
- •Access to mobile phone on a daily basis,
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Individuals with present history of back pain and ankle sprains (last 6 months).
- •2.clinically diagnosed orthopaedic, neurological,cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
