Inclusion Criteria
Patients willing to participate in the study
ASA I &II.
Patient age 18-70 years of either sex
Elective laproscopic cholecystectomy cases
Exclusion Criteria
ASA 3 or more
Pregnant and lactating mother
Anticipated difficult airway
Patients with uncontrolled chronic illness like
1.diabetes mellitus
2.asthma
3.patients on monoamine oxidase inhibitors
4. smokers
Patients with previous renal and hepatic dysfunction,heart diseases,valvular heart disease and electrophysiological abnormalities and other hemodynamic instability.
