Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria for studies: age between 60 and 70; no contraindications to undertake physical activity; no injuries within the musculoskeletal system up to 12 months before the start of the project; no cognitive impairment (MMSE score above 27 points).

Name Time Method Senior Fitness Test – Muscle strength (lower and upper body)[ First assessment of the parameter will take place at the beginning of the exercise program (week 0).
