Inclusion Criteria
good state of health, age >/= 18 years, fluent knowledge of German language, informed consent and ability to declare a consent, 2 days of abstinence from ethanol prior to the study
Exclusion Criteria
relevant heart or lung disease, disease of liver or kidney, psychiatric or neurological health problems, substance dependency, diabetes mellitus

Name Time Method Possibly repeated determination of the ethanol concentration in four regions of the human brain (frontal and occipital lobe, basal ganglia, cerebellum) by magnetic resonance spectroscopy after consumption of a certain amount of ethanol. Furthermore blood sampling for the determination of ethanol every 30 mins for 3 hours after drinking

Name Time Method Ethanol concentrations in four regions of the brain that play an important role for the dysfunction caused by ethanol, furthermore comparison with blood ethanol concentrations.
