Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The patients less than 7 years of age
- •Patients with periocular capillary haemangioma
- •Patients with visual loss due to proptosis, blepharoptosis, astigmatism, strabismus or optic nerve compression
- •Patients seeking treatment of periocular hemangioma for cosmetic reasons
- •Patients who have not recieved any treatment for periocular hemangioma prior to presentation
Exclusion Criteria
- •Very large periocular lesion such as lesion with extension outside the orbit or intracranial extension.
- •Patients who have received any form of treatment for haemangioma prior to presentation
- •Children more than seven years of age as lesions tend to disappear by itself in majority of such patients.
- •Patients not fit for general anaesthesia because of any systemic reason
