Inclusion Criteria
60 ASA I/II female patients in the age group of 18-60 years, scheduled to undergo total mastectomy with axillary clearance surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Local infection at the block site, coagulopathy, extreme obesity, allergy to local anaesthetics, decreased pulmonary reserve, cardiac disorders, renal dysfunction, pre-existing neurological deficits, psychiatric illness and wide spread metastatic disease.
