1.American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) grade I or II
2. Age between 18-60 years
3. Either sex
4. Posted for upper limb surgery under ultrasound guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block.
1.Patients refusal for the procedure
2. Patients receiving anticoagulants, β- blockers or opioids, psychotropic drugs.
3. Patients with history of significant neurological, psychiatric, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal or hepatic disease.
4. Patients with history of alcohol or drug abuse.
5. Patients with hypersensitivity or contraindication to Levobupivacaine, Nalbuphine and Butorphanol.
6. Pregnant or lactating women.
7. Patients on chronic analgesic therapy, diabetes or coagulation disorders.
8. Patients with local skin site infection
