Health care professionals: Collaboration in a multiprofessional care team within the framework of outpatient palliative care. Enrollment in the palliative care contract. Primary care physicians and primary care internists.
Health insurance routine data analyses: deceased persons over 18 years of age insured with BARMER in the years 2016 to 2019.
Patients and relatives: ability to give consent and signed consent form. Presence of palliative care or that of a relative in patients and relatives.
Refusal to participate. Lack of capacity to give consent. Lack of understanding of the German language. Children and adolescents under 18 years.

Name Time Method Subjectively perceived quality of care of outpatient palliative care in the geographical area of Westphalia-Lippe. Conducting a total of 50 interviews from June to December 2022 (7 months).

Name Time Method Evaluation and discussion of the initial findings from the interviews using focus group discussions with health care professionals between October and December 2022 (3 months).
