1. Diagnosis of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder using Diagnostic Criteria for Research (DCR) of ICD 11 DCR supplemented with ICD 11 for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics (February 2022 edition)
2. Y-BOCS score of 15 or above
3. Age between 18-60 years of either sex
4. Right-handed
5. Patients giving written informed consent
6. Patient should be on antiobsessive medication for at least 4 weeks
1. Co-morbid severe depression as measured by a HAM-D score of 23 or more
2. Patients with co-morbid neurological or any other psychiatric disorder
3. History of epilepsy, significant head injury or any neurosurgical procedure.
4. Patient with presence of pacemaker or other electronic implant, metal or magnetic objects in the brain.
