1. Diagnosis of OCD, according to International Classification of Diseases â?? 10 Classification of Mental and Behavioural Disorders: Diagnostic Criteria for Research (ICD-10 DCR).
2. Moderate to severe illness. Baseline Y-BOCS Score > or equal to 24.
3. Age between 18-59 years.
4. Right handed, normotensive patients.
1. Neurological disorders such as epilepsy, organic brain damage or any neurological procedures.
2. Pacemakers or other metal parts in the body.
3. ECT in past 6 months.
4. Any co morbid psychosis (F20-F29), Bipolar disorder or substance use disorders except nicotine and caffeine.

Name Time Method Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS)Timepoint: To be Measured at 0, 7 and 21 days of transcranial magnetic stimulation (3 Point Rating).
