1. Low back pain with/without leg pain
2. Pain score at least 4 out of 10 after conservative treatments (medication, rehabilitation, bed rest)
1. Previous lumbar spine surgery
2. Compression fracture or trauma
3. Patients with red flags signs (progressive weakness, infection, tumor, bowel/bladder symptoms)
4. Patients diagnosed of systematic inflammatory diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.)
5. Contagious disease (COVID-19 infection)
6. Allergic to medication
7. Diagnosis of depression
8. Taking oral steroid medications
9. History of prior epidural steroid injection in last three months
