Inclusion Criteria
a. Healthy Adults with age group of 25-60 years Irrespective to Gender, cast, Religion.
b. Individuals having PSQI scale greater than or equal to 5.
c. Healthy adults without having any underlying diseases.
d. Persons willing to participate in the study and giving information consent form(ICF)
Exclusion Criteria
a. Night shift workers
b. Individuals with a medical history of heart disease, respiratory disorders,
seizure disorders or other chronic health conditions requiring medication will
be excluded.
c. Known cases of psychiatric disorders.
d. Pregnant and lactating women
