The inclusion criteria for healthy group will be as follows:
1) Aged 60 to 90 years old.
2) MoCA score > 24.
3) Independent walking without using gait aids.
4) No diagnosis of the dementia by clinician.
The inclusion criteria for MCI groups will be as follows:
1) Aged 60 to 90 years old.
2) MoCA score between 16 to 24.
3) Independent walking without using gait aids.
1) Uncontrolled high blood pressure (more than 140/90 mmHg)
2) Hemodialysis
3) Have clinical diagnosis of the disease or symptoms that could influence the performance assessments such as arthritis or severe hand pain which reports by participants and the testing by physiotherapist before testing.
4) History of neurological disorder, such as stroke or other neurodegenerative disorder
5) Taking medicine which affected to functional movement.
6) Unable to follow study protocol.
7) Uncorrected visual or hearing impairment.
8) Positive screening for contraindication of TMS which will be confirmed by TMS screening questionnaire such as uncontrolled seizures.
