Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Navy officers and men aged 18\-35 in active service;
- •2\. Subjects who met the clinical diagnostic criteria of chronic low back pain had a course of more than 3 months;
- •3\. Subjects with no obvious abnormality in lumbosacral CT and X\-ray examination.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other serious medical diseases;
- •2\. Patients with spinal tumor, intervertebral disc herniation, ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis; History of spine, pelvis, sacroiliac joint, knee joint trauma, deformity or surgery;
- •3\. Subjects who had received low back pain treatment within one week before the trial;
- •4\. Subjects who need to participate in special training and work during treatment and can not receive treatment on time;
- •5\. Subjects who refused the experiment or treatment for personal reasons;
- •6\. Subjects with chronic low back pain less than 3 months after joining the army or before joining the army.
