1) Voluntarily agree to participate and sign in informed consent form
2) Adults aged over 50
3) Subject with discomfort at joint
1) Subject with Kellgren-Lawrence grade 3 or 4
2) Comsumption of NSAID drugs within 1 weeks before the first visit
3) Suspected cases of inflammatory arthritis (raised ESR or CRP)
4) Those with a BMI over 30kg/m^2
5) Abnormality in nervous system or lower limb joint that can develope gait disturbance
6) Moderate to severe low back pain with or without radicular pain
7) Severe neurological and vascular disease
8) History of relevant test food allergies
9) Subjects who have experience to participate in other clinical trial within 4 weeks prior to study
10) Subjects whom the investigators judge as inproper to participate in this clinical trial
