Inclusion Criteria
(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for drug dependence of mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances in the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Standards for Mental Disorders; <br>(2) Age range from 18 to 55 years old;<br> (3) Education level above primary school level;<br> (4) The subjects voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
(1) Patients with physical disabilities or contraindications to exercise;<br>(2) Previous history of mental illness and infectious diseases; <br>(3) Antisocial personality disorder and borderline personality disorder; <br>(4) Severe cognitive, visual, or auditory impairment.
