Inclusion Criteria
a) admitted to Emergency Department
b) aged 60 years or over
c) assessed at malnutrition risk using the Malnutrition Screening Tool (MST)
Exclusion Criteria
a) unable to receive informed consent
b) Triage Category 1 (highest priority)
c) already receiving dietetic care
d) admitted from a health care facility (including nursing home)
