Inclusion Criteria
- •年龄 18-80 岁；BMI＜30kg/m2；NYHA 分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ；ASA 分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ。
Exclusion Criteria
- •术前左室射血分数＜35%；年龄大于 80 岁；苏灵过敏史；二次或多次心脏手术史；出血倾向；术前凝血功能异常：APTT＞40s， INR＞
- •25； Plt＜150×109/ml ; Hb＜100g/L。
